Overview | To assist Naomi House by providing the midnight hours marshalling of their annual Midnight Walks from Salisbury to Winchester (and back for the hardy ones). This event raises funds and awareness for Naomi House. Our role is to marshall walkers at key points, to ensure they don't go the wrong way. |
Reach | Naomi House staff and walkers and a few foxes. |
Completion Notes | Long, quiet night interspersed with tired walkers, hooting owls, barking foxes and passing satellites. The role of guiding and encouraging was appreciated by walkers. Guidance in particular was very necessary to ensure nobody got lost. Reflective tabards would be recommended for any future overnight / dark events. |
